Cyclist dies in Portadown crash

Sam Sloan, 75, from Portadown was the 100th cyclist to die on UK roads in 2012. In the whole of 2011 107 cyclists died, according to Kaya Burgess at the Times.

Sobering.

  1. Looks like a big wide lazy junction for big wide lazy drivers, similar to one I was impacted at. Very sad news and my thoughts are with the gentleman’s family and friends.
